The character doesn't show up

Lingently needs its accessibility permission to float over other apps. Open the app and follow the "Turn on" step again. Some phones (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Samsung) turn it off to save battery: in your phone's battery settings, set Lingently to "Unrestricted" or "No restrictions".

It doesn't work in one app

A few apps hide their text fields from other apps, and banking apps and password fields are always off limits. Select the text and choose Lingently from the menu, share it to Lingently, or use the Write screen in the app.

Pro and billing

Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. To cancel, open Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. On a new phone, open Settings › Plan in Lingently and tap Restore purchases. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
